REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
RETURN POLICY: We except returns from our customers within 10 days of the original purchase. The item being returned must be in its original condition, it must be unworn, unwashed and have all the tags attached. If the item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, it will be returned to the sender, at the senders own expense, this is due to hygiene reasons. Stockings and panties are non refundable if opened or worn. If the item being returned is faulty, it will be assessed by staff and if it is deemed faulty then the item will be replaced with an exact match of the original purchase and sent back via registered post at our expense. In the case that a match is unavailable then a full refund will be issued back to the purchaser, by way of the original purchase. If it was purchased using a credit card, it will be refunded back to the original card. We do not refund any shipping or postage costs apart from a faulty item. Strictly no return or refund on any sales items so please choose your size wisely, if unsure, feel free to email for assistance.
Cancellation Policy: Items in stock are usually sent out on the same day as they are ordered therefore cancellation of your order will be practically impossible due to the quick nature of packaging & postage. (you may return your item for a refund but postage costs will not be refunded) Items that are not in current stock have a note attached to the product page clearly stating the expected time of delivery therefore if you cancel your order on such items there will be a 15% cancellation fee due to your order being processed and charges already incurred by Not So Shabby.
Exchange Policy: You may exchange any item at your own expense re: postage costs or additional costs incurred, either by adding funds to Not So Shabby account or providing your own addressed pre paid postal satchel for return of items (with the exception of sales items-non returnable). Email prior to return is required.
Not So Shabby reserves the right to refuse items returns showing evidence of wear. Any items returned not in their original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. Returned items must be sent back to Not So Shabby within 5 days of receipt. No replacement items will be sent by us until the originals have been returned and inspected. To guarantee your item returns to us we recommend you use registered post or overnight express postal satchel. items that go missing without this service will not be our responsibility. Items can be sent back to Not So Shabby, please email for address prior to sending back or check the return address on the original satchel.
If you purchase a product and we are not able to supply this to you for any reason we will contact you via email and suggest a replacement that is similar, you then have the choice of the replacement item or your money refunded back in the same way it was received. Please ensure you have used your current email address so that contact can be made in these circumstances.
It is our policy that we will treat your information with the greatest of care in the way it is used, stored and shared.

We do not use the drop ship method as all our items are carefully inspected for quality control before being packed and sent to our customers as we believe the customer has the right to quality made items without faults for their hard earned cash. We use Australia Post to send our items, choose 2nd class post for 3-7 days delivery (instock items only) or 1st class post for Express Post Satchels with tracking number usually next day delivery depending on Australia Post Services delivery schedule. You will be sent an email with tracking number for tracing your items progress. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any kind once the item leaves our premises. If we have the item in stock we will send it the same day as receipt of payment were possible, allowing it to reach our national customers within 5 working days. If however the item is out of stock or we do not have it in your perfect size, we will advise you, the customer via email of the expected time of delivery. Usually toward the bottom of the product detail, a section is clearly visible stating the expectant time of delivery for items not currently held instock, please check this before ordering so that you wont be dissapointed if there is a waiting period for your item.
International Customers: Postage can take from 4-14 days to reach you (in stock items only). We reccommend you choose 1st class postage so that your item may be registered. Packages returned from overseas due to being unclaimed by the recipient will incurr the full cost of postage & may also incurr 20% restocking fee if items were special orders, please refer to cancellation policy.
All items marked down from their original price are 'Sales Items' & therefore strickly NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS as these items are sell outs (they are without fault or damage).
